Kayleigh Putker, BSc.

Kayleigh Putker started working in the group as Research Technician in June 2016. Her projects involved the characterization of the natural disease history in mouse models for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Congenital muscular dystrophy and Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.

In November 2023, she started her PhD under the supervision of prof. dr. Annemieke Aartsma-Rus and dr. Maaike van Putten. Her research is focused on the involvement of dystrophin in the human brain using in vitro modeling.
